CACI

CACI’s proud history serving the U.S. military began in 1963 upon receiving its first contract to perform research and simulation for the Navy. Over 50 years later, CACI employees continue to help defense and intelligence customers deliver mission-critical capabilities, working alongside soldiers in numerous countries to perform such work as deploying biometrics tools that identify terrorist threats, delivering geospatial imagery used for operational planning, and providing supply chain security framework to transport medical equipment to military hospitals.

Veterans add tremendous value to any organization, but their talent, experience, and commitment make them particularly well-suited for CACI. That’s why nearly one in four CACI employees is either a current or former service member, and our military hiring and development efforts are continually recognized as a triple win: providing veterans with rewarding careers while the company and its customers benefit from their proven leadership, values, and work ethic.

Meet our Team of Military Veteran Advocates

CACI employs military veterans and military spouses at every level of the organization, from staff to senior leadership.

Our Military Veteran Advocates (MVA) team, composed of retired military and drilling reservists, use their extensive experience to provide one-on-one assistance to military veterans and military spouses as they transition into a civilian career or search for new employment opportunities at CACI. In addition to helping veterans navigate the CACI application process, our MVAs also advocate on an applicant’s behalf with recruiters and hiring managers and offer resume and job targeting guidance.

Register for our MVA program by applying for the DoD Consultant position— we use the applicant list to create a group of veteran talent available for CACI opportunities and continue to track those applicants through the system.

Contact us for more information, or to request personal assistance from one of our MVAs.
