It’s now official, Starbucks Coffee Company will be serving their great coffee & specialty teas at the WWII Veterans to Hawaii Charity Golf Tournament & Jobs, Career & Business Opportunity Fair at Cottonwood Golf Club!

Recently I had the pleasure to meet with Chairman & CEO of Starbucks Howard Schultz to personally invite Starbucks to be a sponsor and to serve Starbucks coffee to the golfers, supporters & our military veterans at our first Annual WWII Veterans to Hawaii Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade Charity Golf Tournament!  Starbucks is a major supporter of our U.S. Military with their own Military Hiring Initiative.

Burden of Freedom – An Incredible Story of the Struggles of PTSD

GoHireAVet.com will be featuring a introduction showing of “Burden of Freedom” a movie that follows the story of U.S. Army Captain Brian Daniel (played by actor Kyle D. Hester), who fought in the historic battle of Najaf, Iraq, only to come home to a different kind of battle. This film will help spread awareness of PTSD in an impactful & dramatic way.

The showing will be at our Fundraising Golf Event on Oct. 26th at Cottonwood Golf Resort, this is a sneak preview for potential supporters of this incredible screenplay by the Creator, Screenwriter & Producer Kenny Desoto Ramoz.

Local San Diego PTSD Support Organizations will be on hand to provide additional information on getting our veterans help with PSTD and help to stop “22 A Day” and 100 % of the net proceeds from the airing of this movie will be donated directly to a local non-profit for assisting our military veterans deal with the horrors of PTSD!

A Tribute to Robin Williams Who Entertained & Loved Our US Troops

Last year on Aug. 11th, 2014 Robin Williams, an incredible “once in a lifetime” comedian with a heart & great soul as big as the universe died from suicide, a tragic lost also for the many men & women in the armed forces worldwide as Robin Williams cared so much & gave back of himself selfishly and traveled to many distance places were our US Troops are helping to keep us safe.  Robin Williams truly “Supported Our Troops”!
